Connect Cursor

Cursor can connect to Connect from its settings or from the Add to Cursor link in Connect.

Before you start

Sign in to Connect and open the workspace Cursor should use.
In Connect, open Authorized apps, select Add an AI app, and choose Cursor.

Add Connect to Cursor

Select Add to Cursor in the Connect dialog, if the link is available.
If you are adding it manually, open Settings → MCP in Cursor and add a new server.
Paste the MCP URL from the Connect dialog as the server address.
Complete the Connect sign-in and choose the workspace Cursor should use.

Cursor can keep a connection at the project level or in your global settings. Choose the level that matches who should be able to use the connection, and do not copy a connection intended for one workspace into a shared project without checking access first.

Use Connect in Cursor

Open a project, confirm Connect is enabled in Cursor’s tool list, and ask about the companies in the workspace you selected. Review any proposed accounting change before approving it.
